1.Application
Pit type heat treatment furnace mainly used for metal materials, metal parts for tempering, annealing and other heat treatment. and steel annealing, aluminum alloy, light alloy quenching, solid fusion processing, aging treatment.
2.Features:
1).The lining is piled by full-fiber refractory material. This kind of material is lighter and has longer life.
2).The heating electric elements are made by 0Cr21Al6Nb resistors and have a wavy type.
3).The door's inside use aluminum silicate refractory fiber to keep seal.
4).The furnace has a strong fan, so the circular wind could achieve temperature uniformity.
5).The electric control system consists of micro-computer,intelligent digital display temperature controller and printers.
