Product Description
Application and Introduction
FXRL series aluminum melting furnace, energy-saving, intermittent operation type resistance furnace. It is mainly used for the melting and heat preservation of ferrous metals such as aluminum, lead and zinc.
The crucible furnace is mainly used for the use of molten aluminum, zinc and lead, the furnace temperature is even good, the damage to the crucible is small, the work is simple, there is no noise, there is no pollution, it is the ideal melting equipment.
The furnace is designed with a well type U shape, the crucible seat is in the furnace, and the surrounding pot is on the furnace panel, which is built with high alumina firebrick at the bottom of the furnace, which effectively guarantees the loading weight of the crucible and aluminum. Through the precise control of digital display instrument, and equipped with leakage alarm, the temperature is automatically increased, and the leakage alarm is timely, which ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
