Horizontal continuous casting production line for aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod (hereinafter referred to as continuous casting machine) is used for the continuous casting of a variety of bright aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod.
The aluminum rod and aluminum alloy rod produced via this process is a kind of low-cost electrical material, characterized by high conductivity, good elongation and low cost, which is widely used in cable and other production industries.
The product can be used as wire and cable, magnet wire, enameled wire and other conductive materials after further processing.
The production line, the latest domestic and international production equipment for aluminum rod, is also used for casting various grades of aluminum alloy wire, RF shielding braided wire and other products. The new production line is characterized by low investment, simple production process, easy operation, energy saving and environmental protection. The new horizontal casting production line for aluminum rod adopts the line-frequency induction melting furnace and holding furnace for melting and thermal insulation and the horizontal casting process for drawing aluminum rod.
