Main Technical Parameters of Machine
1. Melting materials: The national standard copper cathode, bright copper scrap.
2. Annual output: 6000-8000 Ton, in theory, it can work 24 hours a day, 360 days a year can reach 8000 tons.
3. Casting specification: Upwards Φ8-24.5mm oxygen-free copper rod.
4. Casting rod number: Double row, each row has 8 rods, a total of 16 rods.
5. Casting speed: 0-2000mm/min. (It depends of specification and model)

7. Power: 250KW (Melting furnace) +120KW (Holding furnace)

10. The equipment is equipped with power compensation: compensated power: ≥0.9
11. The size after the furnace mouth furnace-constructing, which can ensure the copper cathode can be put into the furnace without cutting.
12. The outer surface of the oxygen-free copper rod product, it's available to occur irregular deformation during production. But outside diameter(Maximum diameter)error should be ≤±0.2mm.
13. The copper rod strength of extension: Refer to the corresponding casting standard.
