1.Brief introduction:
1)Rated power: 2.2Kw~550Kw
2)Rated speed: 180rpm~ 3000rpm
3)Field weaking speed: 600rpm~4000rpm
2.Application:
Widely used as prime mover for mill auxiliary in metallurgical industry, metal cutting machine-tool, paper making, print, textile, printing and dyeing, cement-making, plastic extruding machine, etc.
3.Explanation of model:(for example Z4-200-21)
Z4: The fourth design of dc motor
-200: Frame size 200mm (center height 200mm)
-2: Code for armature core length
1: Code for endsheild (1 for short endsheild, 2 for long endsheild)
4.Features:
1). Small size, good performance, light weight, large output, high efficiency and reliability
2). Outline and mounting dimensions of the motors comply with IEC72 Standard
3). Performance and technical requirements of the motors can be checked in accordance with IEC34-1 Standard or DIN57530 Norm of the Deutsche Industries-Norm.
4). Class F insulated, with reliable insulating construction and impregnating process, ensuring stable dielectric performance and excellent heat dissipation.
5). The motors can be lastingly operated from fully controlled three phase bridge without a smoothing reactor. Motors for 160V are powered by single phase bridge thyristor.

c. Ambinet conditions for motor should be free from acidic, alkali fumes or other aggressive gases which corrode insulation.

e: Armature and field circuit for motors can be powered by either staticthyristor controlled supply or dc generator.
f. The performances of this kind of motors all comply with state standard GB/T755--Basicl technical rules for electric rotating machinery.

3). Rated speed: 3000, 1500, 1000, 750, 600, 500, 400, 300 and 200 r/min

6). Mounting: IMB3, IMB35, IMV1, IMV15
6.The choice of the motors capacity
1).First kind (A): Ordinary industrial DC motor. The technical data of this kind of motor please see the technical data table. The buyer can decide the capacity, voltage, running speed and the method of cooling of the motor at the buyers option.
2). Second kind (B): Metal rolling mill DC motor. The output power of this kind of motor is about 20% lower than kind (A), the detail numerical value can be negotiated by the user and the manufacture.
3). Exclude the specification of technical data in the table. Manufacturer can derive other specification at the requirement of the user.
